- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with water

Instructions
- Wash and cut broccoli into small florets. Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch mixture, sesame oil, and optional red pepper flakes; pour over stir-fry and cook until thickened (about 2 minutes).
