Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with water
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  6. Whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch mixture, sesame oil, and optional red pepper flakes; pour over stir-fry and cook until thickened (about 2 minutes).
