Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until creamy.
  4. Gently fold in half of the blackberries into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour filling over cooled crust and top with remaining blackberries. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. Once set, remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled.
