- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until creamy.
- Gently fold in half of the blackberries into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour filling over cooled crust and top with remaining blackberries. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
- Once set, remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled.
