Ingredients
- Spaghetti
- Large raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- Fresh garlic
- Fresh lemon juice

- Red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley

Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet during the last minute of cooking.
- Drain spaghetti, reserving 1 cup of pasta water. Combine pasta with shrimp, adding lemon juice and zest.
- Gradually add reserved pasta water for desired consistency. Mix well to coat the pasta.
- Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper before serving hot.
