Instructions

- Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter. Bake for 18–20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool before preparing the frosting by whipping heavy cream and mascarpone together until smooth.
- Generously frost cooled cupcakes and dust lightly with cocoa powder before serving.
