Ingredients

  • Ladyfingers
  • Strong coffee or espresso
  • Granulated sugar
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Vanilla extract
  • Whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Brew 1 cup of strong coffee or espresso and allow it to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in vanilla extract into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Briefly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee mixture and layer them in a dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by half of the raspberries.
  6. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers, remaining mascarpone mixture, and top with additional raspberries and cocoa powder.
