Description

Ingredients

  • Cocoa Powder
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Brown Sugar
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter over low heat; stir in granulated and brown sugars until smooth.
  3. Allow to cool slightly, then whisk in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  8. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
