Instructions
Garlic and Spinach Pasta:
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Top with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
Lemon Pesto Pasta:
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss cooked pasta with pesto sauce, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
