- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups (255g) butterscotch chips
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Mix the Wet Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Combine the Dry Ingredients:
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Fold in Butterscotch Chips:
- Gently fold in the butterscotch chips, ensuring even distribution.
