  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups (255g) butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Mix the Wet Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the Dry Ingredients:
    • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Fold in Butterscotch Chips:
    • Gently fold in the butterscotch chips, ensuring even distribution.
  5. Spread and Bake:
    • Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Cool and Slice:
