Description

Mango Lassi is a creamy, refreshing beverage combining ripe mangoes and yogurt, perfect for quenching your thirst on hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangos
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the ripe mangos into chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine mango chunks, yogurt, milk, honey or sugar, and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until frosty.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed before pouring into glasses.
  5. Garnish with extra cardamom or mint leaves for an attractive presentation.
