- 2 ripe mangos
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and chop the ripe mangos into chunks.
- In a blender, combine mango chunks, yogurt, milk, honey or sugar, and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until frosty.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed before pouring into glasses.
- Garnish with extra cardamom or mint leaves for an attractive presentation.
