Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems, chopping them finely.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add chopped spinach and cook until wilted (about 2 minutes).
