  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme), finely chopped
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add a few popcorn kernels, cover until they pop. Once popped, add enough kernels to cover the bottom in a single layer and cover again.
  2. In a separate saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Stir in the chopped herbs and cayenne pepper, letting them infuse for about 1 minute.
  3. Once popping slows, remove the pot from heat and transfer the popcorn to a large bowl. Drizzle the herb-infused butter over it while tossing to coat evenly.
  4. Finish by sprinkling flaky sea salt on top and tossing again. Enjoy immediately!
