Description

Grilled Kofta Kebabs are a flavorful and easy-to-make dish that combines tender meat with aromatic spices, perfect for summer gatherings or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • Ground lamb or beef
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Fresh parsley
  • Ground cumin
  • Coriander powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground meat with finely chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into oval kebabs on skewers of uniform size.
