- 2 lobster tails
- 8 oz fresh fettuccine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until bright red. Cool and slice.
- In the same pot, cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually add Parmesan until melted.
- Gently fold in sliced lobster and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix cooked fettuccine into the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
