Description

Delight in creamy lobster pasta featuring tender lobster and a rich sauce over fettuccine, perfect for special occasions or a romantic dinner at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 8 oz fresh fettuccine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until bright red. Cool and slice.
  2. In the same pot, cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually add Parmesan until melted.
  5. Gently fold in sliced lobster and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Mix cooked fettuccine into the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
