Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for 30 minutes.
- While the salmon marinates, peel and chop potatoes; boil until fork-tender (15-20 minutes).
