Ingredients

  • Fresh Salmon Fillets
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Cream Cheese
  • Garlic
  • Lemon Juice
  • Parmesan Cheese

  • Dried Herbs (Dill or Oregano)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté minced garlic in a skillet until fragrant; add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach with cream cheese, lemon juice, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and herbs until smooth.
  4. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cut pockets in each fillet.
  5. Generously stuff each pocket with the spinach mixture.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
