Scale
  • 8 chicken drumsticks (skin-on)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
  • Coat the drumsticks in the honey mustard mixture, making sure they’re evenly covered.
  • Place the drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the drumsticks for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
