- 1/4 cup rose water

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm, stirring occasionally.
- Whisk in the sugar and rice flour until fully dissolved and smooth.
- Cook gently for about 10 minutes until the mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.
- Remove from heat and stir in the rose water.
- Pour into serving dishes and cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least two hours until set.
