- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 large lemon (about 1/4 cup)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
