- 1/2 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil or cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Grill or Grill Pan:
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Prepare the Vegetables:
- Slice the zucchini, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
- Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
- Grill the Vegetables:
- Place the vegetables on the grill or grill pan in a single layer.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are tender and have grill marks. Remove from heat.
- Prepare the Wraps:
- Spread a generous amount of hummus onto the center of each tortilla.
