Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • Juice of 1 fresh lime
  • 8 corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot and pour chicken broth over them.

  4. Once cooked, shred chicken in the pot using two forks. Squeeze lime juice over the shredded chicken and stir to combine.
  5. Warm corn tortillas on a skillet until pliable. Fill with shredded chicken and your choice of toppings before serving.
