- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Juice of 1 fresh lime
- 8 corn tortillas

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot and pour chicken broth over them.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning generously on top and rub it into the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred chicken in the pot using two forks. Squeeze lime juice over the shredded chicken and stir to combine.
