Description

Ingredients

  • Beef Chuck Roast
  • Fresh Broccoli Florets
  • Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • Brown Sugar
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Ginger Root
  • Sesame Oil
  • Cornstarch
  • Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Chop the beef into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In the crockpot, combine chopped beef, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  4. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water until smooth and stir into the pot to thicken the sauce.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with sliced green onions.
