- Beef Chuck Roast
- Fresh Broccoli Florets
- Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- Brown Sugar

Instructions
- Chop the beef into bite-sized pieces.
- In the crockpot, combine chopped beef, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets.
- Mix cornstarch with water until smooth and stir into the pot to thicken the sauce.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with sliced green onions.
