Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Fresh mozzarella cheese
- Marinara sauce
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Garlic powder
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Create pockets in each breast by slicing horizontally without cutting all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella, marinara, grated Parmesan, and chopped basil for the stuffing.
- Generously fill each chicken pocket with the cheesy mixture until overflowing.
- In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and olive oil. Coat each stuffed chicken breast evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in the baking dish and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
