- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 8 oz egg noodles

Instructions

- Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned (5–7 minutes).

- Pour in beef broth and Dijon mustard; stir well and let simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
