Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Easy Fish Tacos with Cabbage Slaw:

 

  • 2 white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

Garlic Butter Shrimp:

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  2. Add shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the pan, skin side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  4. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
  5. Serve with lemon slices and garnish with fresh dill.

Easy Fish Tacos with Cabbage Slaw:

  1. Season fish fillets with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
