Ingredients

  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • ½ cup blanched almonds
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the tomatoes and garlic.
