  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot; cook jumbo shells until al dente. Drain and cool slightly.
  2. 2. Sauté Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning while cooking.
  3. 3. Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix cooked beef, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, and chopped parsley until well combined.
  4. 4. Stuff the Shells: Generously fill each shell with the meat mixture.
  5. 5. Assemble: Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place stuffed shells on top and cover with more marinara sauce.
