Instructions

  1. Grate zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
  2. In a large bowl, mix grated zucchini with flour, eggs, green onions, feta, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, flattening gently.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. For the yogurt dip, combine Greek yogurt with lemon juice and dill in a bowl; stir until smooth.
