Instructions

    • Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
    • Let the filling cool slightly.
  • Prepare the Pastry:
    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares or circles.
  • Fill and Seal Pies:
    • Spoon the beef mixture onto one side of each pastry piece.
    • Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
    • Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  • Bake:
    • Arrange the pies on a lined baking sheet.
