  • 24 Oreo cookies (for crust)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Mini Oreos for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes until set.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fold in chopped Oreos and pour the filling over the cooled crust, smoothing the top.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
