- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes until set.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in chopped Oreos and pour the filling over the cooled crust, smoothing the top.
