- Ground beef or lamb
- Onion
- Carrots
- Frozen peas
- Garlic
- Mashed potatoes (preferably Yukon Gold)
- Chicken broth

Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Chop onion, carrots, and garlic.
- Sauté vegetables: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook until fragrant. Then add carrots and peas until tender.
- Brown the meat: Stir in ground beef or lamb; cook until browned.
- Create filling: Add chicken broth, soy sauce, thyme, and oregano. Simmer until thickened.
- Make mashed potatoes: Boil peeled potatoes until fork-tender, then mash with butter and cream.
- Assemble: Spread meat mixture in a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes. Create peaks with a fork.
- Bake: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
