  • 4 oz provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef and chop onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers until tender (5-7 minutes).
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until soft (3-4 minutes).
