- 4 oz provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the beef and chop onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers until tender (5-7 minutes).
- Add mushrooms and cook until soft (3-4 minutes).
