Instructions
- If using dried chickpeas, soak them overnight and rinse before use.
- In a food processor, blend soaked chickpeas, parsley, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper until coarsely mixed.
- Shape the mixture into small balls or patties using wet hands.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; fry the falafel until golden brown on all sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- For the garlic tahini sauce, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, and water until smooth. Stir in crushed garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
