  • 1 head of romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-7 minutes per side until juices run clear.
  2. While the chicken rests, chop the romaine into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large bowl.
