  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Sweet Potato Wedges:
    • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
