  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup red enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
