Ingredients

- 1/4 cup (25g) breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil (for frying)
For the Rose Water Yogurt Sauce:
- 1/2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- repare the Zucchini:
- Grate the zucchini and place it in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- Make the Fritter Mixture:
- In a bowl, mix the zucchini, flour, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, dill, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until a thick mixture forms.
- Fry the Fritters:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Prepare the Rose Water Yogurt Sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, rose water, honey, lemon juice, and salt. Stir well to create a smooth sauce.
- Serve:
