- Yukon Gold potatoes

Instructions
- Boil Yukon Gold potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Drain the boiled potatoes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Gently smash each potato with a potato masher or the bottom of a glass.
