    • 1 lb (450g) chicken tenders
    • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
    • ½ cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 large eggs, beaten
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • ½ tsp black pepper
    • ½ tsp salt
  • For Honey Dip:

    • ¼ cup honey
    • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Prep: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Season: Season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Breading:
    • Place the flour in one shallow bowl.
    • In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
    • In a third bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt and paprika.
    • Dredge each tender in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Bake: Place tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Prepare Dip: In a small bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Serve: Serve the chicken tenders hot with the honey dip on the side.
