  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 oz Fettuccine or Linguine Pasta
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
  3. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Lower the heat and add heavy cream to the skillet. Simmer gently while stirring in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Toss the drained pasta into the sauce, mixing until well coated.
