- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 8 oz Fettuccine or Linguine Pasta
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and add heavy cream to the skillet. Simmer gently while stirring in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Toss the drained pasta into the sauce, mixing until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
