  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Vegetable or canola oil (for frying)

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Tenderize the beef round steaks by pounding them to about half an inch thick.
