- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
