- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onions until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour in the beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, and cheddar cheese until just combined.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a greased baking dish and dollop biscuit batter on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
