  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  2. Season each chicken breast generously with salt and pepper.

  5. Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Return chicken to the skillet or place them in the baking dish.
  6. Pour sauce over the chicken and bake uncovered for about 20 minutes until cooked through.
